Placing an Order

Please call one of our offices or email orders@rti-rips.com for additional order information. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Cards. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. All credit card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification. Please note that cards attached to checking accounts may have longer times and added procedures for verification as well as daily limits. To make a payment with a credit card, please call one of our offices with the credit card details. We also accept credit card payments online or can email you a Paypal invoice that can be used to make a payment with a credit; doesn't require a Paypal account.

Paypal. We accept Paypal payments and can send out a Paypal invoice if you prefer to pay for a specific product online using your credit card.

Personal and Business Check. RTI will accept personal and business checks for prepay orders. Allow for 10 business days for clearing plus delivery time of check. You may also mail in certified checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks for payment.

Wire Transfers and Other Payment Methods. If you wish to arrange another payment method, such as a wire transfer, please call or email orders@rti-rips.com for payment information.


Shipping

Most items will ship in 1 to 3 business days, however delivery time based on the final destination and carrier. The shipping time for special orders or out of stock items may vary and will be noted on your order confirmation. If you would like to confirm delivery times prior to placing an order please feel free to contact us. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please review our shipping options and policies, and plan your purchases accordingly. Not all items are eligible for overnight delivery. Due to special packaging requirements we may not be able to ship products to certain areas or be constrained on our shipping options. The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment-processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment (or a full authorization in the case of credit card orders). Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. In accordance with FedEx shipping policies, all shipping methods require the FedEx carrier to obtain a signature at time of delivery.

Oversized or Overweight Shipments. Shipments whose dimensions or weight exceed our normal freight services are subject to additional charges and limitations that vary by product, location, and freight receiving facilities at the ship to address.

Signature and Physical Address. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed. We do not ship to post office boxes.

Rerouting. Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.

Shipping, Handling and Processing Charges. Shipping, handling and processing charges may vary. Call or email to obtain the most current and competitive shipping, handling and processing charges, options, and specials. Special shipping offers may supersede these policies.
